Discovering the Mana of the Marquesas Islands
Today, I’m taking you to the ends of the earth, to the Land of Men. Here, far from everything, you feel small in the face of raw and untamed nature. The isolation, the silence, the authenticity… The Marquesas have a unique soul that you can feel as soon as you arrive. It’s a timeless journey, where Polynesian traditions are more alive than ever.

The Marquesas are a bit off… literally! They are 30 minutes ahead of Tahiti.
Here, no luxury hotels, but charming guesthouses. Be sure to book in advance!
Don’t forget your mosquito repellent, the « nonos » (small but tough gnats) might make an appearance.
Marquesian art (sculpture, tapa, tattoos) is unique in the world. A great reason to splurge on a handmade piece!
