Miti hue: fermented coconut sauce

Miti hue (or mitihue) is a fermented salty sauce made from young coconuts, seawater, and crushed shrimp heads. It is typically used to accompany boiled, steamed, or raw fish, as well as the famous fafaru - a condiment with a powerful flavor!
